R2s and R2S Maxx Lifting Columns

A total modular lifting system which combines a self-stabilizing frame (anti-buckling) and a low pressure interface bag. It allows a continuous lift up to 6.2 mtrs. and is ARC capable, eliminating buckling forces. Due to its high lifting capabilities, the need for cribbing wood is eliminated from the aircraft recovery process. The low pressure bag interface is easily replaced by a Jack Point Adapter making it a true total modular aircraft recovery solution. Both systems are easy to install and transported e.g., in LD3 bins or RoRo containers.

LP Fuselage Bags

Low pressure bags (0.5 bar) are required to support the FWD or AFT when lifting. RESQTEC offers a total line-up of low pressure bags for narrow and wide body aircrafts and with lifting capacities ranging from 15 - 60 metric tons.

Fuselage Lifting Slings

RESQTEC offers a full range of adjustable multislings for lifting the FWD, AFT or fuselage of over 25 different types of aircraft including the A380. The multislings are easy transportable in LD3 bins.

Transport Trailers

The transport trailers are required for moving the aircraft to the hangar. RESQTEC offers wing, nose and fuselage trailers, trailers with dolly and even trailers specifically designed for moving military aircrafts.

Debogging / Tethering Kits

Like the lifting slings, various debogging and tethering kits are available for both narrow and wide body aircrafts up to a B747.

Road Mats

The structured floor mats form a firm underground for airplanes and transport trailers on soggy undergrounds. The floor mats are light weight, easy to place and allow curving. Also available in roll-up design.
